The Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” provides for the consumer’s right to exchange non-food products. Exchange is possible within 14 days. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the list of goods of proper quality that are NOT subject to exchange and return. The products included in this list are sold on our website. Such goods include: perfumery and cosmetic products, hygiene items, toothbrushes. But we consider each case individually.

If the client refuses to provide data, a refund is not possible. Refunds take 1-3 banking days.
