According to the current Ukrainian legislation, trade through the online store is distance trade. In this regard, the online resource of the moon-rune.com store is a trading platform of the MOON & RUNE. Contractual relations between the buyer and the seller of the store MOON & RUNEs are drawn up in the form of a public offer contract.

Clicking the “Confirm Order” button in the online resource on the order page means that the buyer, regardless of status (individual, legal entity, natural person- entrepreneur), in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation, accepted the conditions of the public offer contract, which are indicated below.
The public offer contract is public, that is, according to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its conditions are the same for all buyers regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, natural person- entrepreneur). In full agreement with this Agreement, the buyer accepts the conditions and procedure for placing an order, paying for goods, delivering goods, responsibility for an unscrupulous order and for non-fulfillment of the terms of this agreement.

The contract is considered concluded from the moment of clicking the “Confirm Order” button on the page of placing an order and confirming its purchase. If necessary, at the request of the buyer, the contract can be executed in a simple written form.

1. Conditional agreements

1.1 Conditional agreements are the definitions present in this contract and are an integral part of it.
1.2 Definitions are interpreted based on their essence and the content of this contract. Below is a list of these definitions:
• moon-rune.com – Marketplace, online store.
• The product is the object of the agreement of the parties, which was chosen by the buyer in the online store moon-rune.com and placed in the shopping cart of the online store moon-rune.com.ua
• Buyer – any legally capable natural person, legal entity, natural person-entrepreneur, in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation, who visited the moon-rune.com site, intending to purchase the Product, and pay for the receipt of such Product.
• The seller is the MOON&RUNE store, the owner of the goods offered on the site of the online store moon-rune.com

2. General provisions

2.1 The real public offer (hereinafter referred to as the contract) defines the specifics of the purchase and sale of goods on the moon-rune.com website. This offer applies to any product offered to sales (purchases) on the website moon-rune.com.ua

4.2 Acceptance of the offer – purchase of the goods in the order specified by this contract, at the prices indicated on the internet resource moon-rune.com and agreement with the terms of payment and delivery of the goods.
4.3 The fact of purchasing the Goods is the undisputed acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this Agreement. The buyer who used the services of moon-rune.com.ua is considered as a person who has entered into contractual relations with the Seller.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties.

5.1 moon-rune.com.ua undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer:

• in a certain amount
• in appropriate completeness and in a set, if provided
• of appropriate quality
• free from claims of third parties
5.1.1 From the moment of concluding this Agreement, to fully ensure all obligations to the Buyer in accordance with the conditions discussed collectively by moon-rune.com and this agreement . Shop MOON & RUNE reserves the right to default in the event of force majeure. 5.1.2 Not to disclose any private information about the Buyer and not to provide access to this informationmation to third parties, except for cases provided by law or at the request of the Buyer.

5.2 moon-rune.com.ua has the right:
5.2.1 Change the terms of this Agreement, as well as Tariffs (prices) for Goods and services, unilaterally, by placing them on the server at the address moon-rune.com.ua
5.2.1.1 All changes take effect immediately upon publication.
5.2.2 Refuse to provide services without explaining the reason.
5.2.3 Send promotional and informative letters to buyers.
5.2.4 Change the label, container and appearance of the product.

5.3 The buyer undertakes:
5.3.1 Before concluding the Agreement, familiarize yourself with the content of the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement and the tariffs (prices) offered by the Seller on all pages of the moon-rune.com.ua website
5.3.2 In order for the Seller to fulfill his obligations to the Buyer, the latter must provide all the necessary data that clearly identify him as the Buyer and are sufficient for the delivery of the Goods paid by him to the Buyer.

6. Disclaimer of warranty obligations.

6.1 The Seller does everything possible to ensure quality provision of services to the Buyer. Advice and information given to the Buyer cannot be considered as guarantees.
6.2 Use of the product not for its intended purpose
6.3 The parties are released from responsibility for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement during the period of force majeure. “Force majeure” means extraordinary and irresistible circumstances under the given conditions that prevent the parties from fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement. These include natural phenomena (earthquakes, floods, etc.), circumstances of social life (military actions, states of emergency, major strikes, epidemics, etc.), Prohibitory measures of state bodies. During this time, the parties have no mutual claims, and each party assumes the risk of the consequences of force majeure.

7. Delivery of goods.

7.1. The buyer receives the product by delivery or receives it in person. The order of payment and receipt is specified in the “Delivery and payment” section
7.2. When delivering goods to other cities of Ukraine, performed by other delivery services under the terms of cooperation with Nova Poshta LLC (hereinafter the Carrier Company), the Buyer fully and unconditionally agrees to the Rules for the carriage of goods of the Nova Poshta company, which are available on the Company’s website – carrier
7.3. The fact of receiving the goods and the absence of claims to the quality of the goods is confirmed by the Buyer with his own signature on the delivery invoice upon receipt of the goods. For its part, MOON Store & RUNE guarantees the shipment of goods to the Carrier Company in the quantity specified and paid for by the Buyer, in completeness according to the specification of this product and in proper (working) condition and quality.
7.4 In case of absence of the Buyer at the delivery address specified by the Buyer in the application or refusal of the Buyer due to a different from the specified p. 6.2 upon receipt of the goods upon delivery by the Carrier Company’s courier, the goods are returned to the shipping trade center. Payment for the services of the Carrier Company is charged from the amount transferred by the Buyer for the goods of the MOON Store & RUNE. The balance of the amount is returned to the Buyer on the basis of his letter sent to moonrunestore@gmail.com indicating the bank account to which the funds should be returned.
7.5. Parcels are sent on the following days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Shipping days may vary.
